The Organization has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2). The tax-exempt purpose of the Organization and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1. The Organization continues to operate in compliance with its tax exempt purpose. The Organization's annual information and income tax returns filed with the federal and state governments are subject to examination generally for three years after it is filed.
