BHA has completed its re-branding of its Family Self Sufficiency program and hired a new coordinator in which to run it. Project F.R.E.E. (Family Resiliency & Economic Empowerment) is re-establishing the program infrastructure to better serve our clients on their path to finding an increase in stability.
