Seton Education Partners Substantial contributor 440254 Management services 0 Part IV Transaction amount: The amount above reflects management fees paid and reimbursement of expenses incurred on the Academy's behalf by the management company. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 Brillante engaged Seton Education Partners, a 501(c)(3) public charity, to provide management company services during the year. The agreement requires payment of management fees as well as reimbursement of expenses paid on Brillante's behalf. Brillante also leases its education facilities from Seton. During FY23-24, Brillante paid Seton a total of $440,254 for both management services and expense reimbursements. This amount includes $95,000 for the Superintendent's services and $28,980 for the CFO's services.
