During 2023, held both virtual and in-person meetings in 2022 with representatives of members and manufacturers, sometimes organized by a consultant retained as a facilitator, to discuss distributed products developments and sales programs for the commercial benefit of both distributor members and the equipment manufacturers/suppliers. Discussions at meetings included manufacturer EV technology developments, market conditions, inflationary impacts, and terms and conditions of the agreements between the manufacturers and the members. The organization also retained legal counsel for advice on compliance with laws, including antitrust and trade regulations, contract law, common regulations applicable to distributors and corporate governance and company administration.
