Ad-hoc Membership status may be granted to individuals, organizations and governmental agencies and departments that have an interest in donation and advance care planning. Board members then meet either in person or online for discussion and a vote to accept the 990. The Board Chair approves the Form 990. Following this meeting, Board members receive a copy of the final Form 990 for their reference.
