Jaycee Park is a football and soccer facility owned and maintained by the City of Artesia. The City of Artesia and City of Champions have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), outlining the project scope, responsibilities and financials commitments. City of Artesia submits a request for funds in phases as construction is completed. Each request includes documentation of completed work and related expenses. City of Champions Board of Directors review each request to verify that the work agrees with the project scope as stated in the MOU. Upon review, the President authorizes the transfer of funds to City of Artesia. The disbursement process ensures that funds are used appropriately and for the intended purpose.
