I mistakenly used the form for 2024,and when I called the IRS to ask how to file the 990-pf I was told that it wasnt due yet and that they were still processing the 2023 forms. I did not realize that our organizational year started August 1st and that we should have filed by December 15th. This was my mistake but because this was our first time filing I hope you will take this into consideration. Thank you
