We received approval via email from each of our voting members of the filing prior to submitting the form to the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c We have a Conflict of Interest Policy in Article 9 of our Bylaws. The Founder/Director initiates all transactions with outside and interested parties and follows the guidelines set in our Bylaws to ensure that we avoid any Conflict of Interest transactions. All bids on jobs are reviewed in detail and when interested parties are included, the contract is brought to the Board for review and a vote. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Board reviews compensation metrics specific to the San Francisco Early Childhood Education sector to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and promote retention.
