The total amount awarded in scholarships was $52,500. While the CECLEF Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance directly to the students college or university,our foundation also recognizes that students have been adversely impacted by the digital divide, especially in underserved communities. Martinez Thanksgiving in the Barrio is an event and community outreach effort to help address food insecurity that especially impacts the inner city. Our event provides turkeys and trimmings to families identified by local churches and grass roots organizations as needing food assistance.
