These programs are designed specifically for the individual needs of our wounded heroes as they return to active duty or assimilate back into the civilian population. 0 0 385733 300000 445267 LFWMH raises funds via annual golf tournament registration fees, sponsorships, donations from businesses and individuals, auction item sales, and raffle ticket sales. We hold several events throughout the year. Three (3) things make our golf outings unique; (1) We invite Wounded Heroes, as our guests, to play with the paying foursomes. Wounded Heroes are those injured in post 9/11 combat (Purple Heart recipients), those who have or are suffering from PTSD, and those with traumatic brain injuries.
