Monitoring reports are completed by staff with written and photo documentation, and a letter is provided to the landowner reporting the status of meeting compliance or any violations to be addressed. In instances of violations, GSA staff will complete, with the landowner, an action plan for mitigating the violation, assist with mitigation efforts, and provide a follow-up monitoring visit for meeting compliance.
