FORM 990, PART III, LINE 2 The organization began expanding its influence by assisting agencies in developing Chaplaincy program. The organization also provided training to chaplains, assisted in recruitment. These included San Diego PD, Conronado PD, Walnut Creedk PD, Novato PD, Long Beach PD and the California Highway Patrol. Previous the ministry was serving San Diego, El Cajon, Coronado and the Highway Patrol in Southern CA. This year the ministry added chaplaincy services to the following: Sonora PD, Tuolumne County Sheriff. PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 2 Helen Price, a Director is the spouse of Chuck Price who is the Secretary of the corporation and serves as the Executive Director of the Organization. The Executive Director is not a voting member of the Board of Directors. The Board is aware of Code Sectio 4958 and abides by the Safe Harbor Provisions. FORM 990, PART III, LINE 4d This includes two part time chaplains who joined the ministry at the end of the year.
