Part VI, Line 2 There were three married couples on the 23-24 Board of Directors. Part VI, Line 7a Members vote for both Adult and Student Board of Directors for the following fiscal year. We've been working with an accountant to better understand our obligations for filing. In past years we've not been at the $200,000 threshold requiring a full reporting. Now that we understand we are catching up our filing to be up-to-date. Our entire non-profit is run by volunteers, and our treasurer during this tax year was not an accountant or bookkeeper. Therefore it took additional time to prepare this return. We are filing our 2024 return today as well.
