School Programs: Each year elementary school children take part in field trips to the Mandarin Store, Post Office, and Walter Jones Historical Park. Museum Facility: Operated in partnership with City of Jacksonville. Exhibits include historic timeline, Maple Leaf shipwreck, Harriett B. Stowe and importance of African American history in the area. Museum docents lead group tours by appointment. Speakers Bureau: MMHS board members are called on regulary to speak to diverse community organizations about Mandarin History.
