Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c The organization requires board memebers to sign an annual conflict of interest policy acknowledgement. The Organization monitors and enforces violations of the conflict of interest policy by reviewed the annual disclosures forms submitted by covered persons, and in compilingand maintaing a list of potentially conflicted entities and indviduals. Proposed transactions can then be matched against the list as a means of identifying possible conflicts. The organization identifies a person ultimately responsible for maintaining the list and screening for possible conflicts of interest.
