Our organizations treasurer, Sarah Carpenter, who was solely responsible for our financial records and tax filings, resigned from her position We hired Lightcap, CPA LLC to prepare our 2022 990 form and he did file and extension but never followed through to file 2022, 2023, and now 2024. We have now hired Dora A Alvidrez-Urias, Tax Prep APlus, LLC to help us with our bookkeeping and bring filings up to date.
