The Speakers all have disabilities themselves and get paid. RICDC has contracted with a qualified individual to do Customized Job Development trainings for local developmental disabilities job developers for DD Agencies.RICDC has contracted with the same individual in connection with the Targeted Employment Funds, to do 2 presentations on the topic of "Job Matching and Ideal Conditions of Employment".
