Emergency Medical Systems (EMS) and Trauma Organizations - Organization receives cash or equipment requests from various organizations. These requests are priortized by the Finance Committee and may be reported to the General Assembly. The Finance Committee may approve up to $5,000 in expenditures. Larger amounts must be approved by the Executive Board. EMS and Trauma expenditures are then supported by vendor invoices provided by recipient organizations.Hospital Preparedness Program Organizations, including the Emergency Medical Task Force - All ependitures are monitored through Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Warrant Exhibits under Scope of Work. Each expenditure is on a reimbursement basis supported by vendor invoices provided by recipient organizations.
