The Organization works in collaboration with three affiliated ministries (In His Name Ministries NPC (South Africa), In His Name Ministries (UK), and In His Name Ethiopia Ministries) under a Global Cooperation Agreement. This agreement establishes that these ministries work together with the common objective of conducting Gospel crusades in South Africa, Ethiopia, and elsewhere in Africa. This common objective also includes conducting conferences and meetings in each of the ministries' countries and elsewhere to motivate and equip believers to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. These open-air events are organized with the local churches and are held over a minimum of four days.
