The credit union is comprised of a single class of approximately 1,629 member-owners. Each member has equal rights in ownership, governance and voting rights at the annual meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The board of directors is elected by the member-owners of the credit union at the annual meeting. The board is elected for three-year terms on a rotating basis. Candidates are elected by a simple plurality vote. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The board of directors is informed of the filing of Form 990 and related schedules. The report and schedules are available for review upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Conflict of Interest disclosure is reviewed and signed by the board members annually.
