United by a common goal of alleviating poverty, the relationship between the two organizations has allowed for daily meals, access to clean water, quality education, healthcare, and other relief to be provided to impoverished communities throughout Nicaragua for more than 25 years. Although the programs of American Nicaraguan Foundation were discontinued in 2022, the organization continues to demonstrate a commitment to its mission of helping those most in need through grants to Food for the Poor. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15 PROCESS TO ESTABLISH OFFICER COMPENSATION In response to the discontinuation of operations in 2022, the organization re-evaluated its personnel needs and established the compensation of the top management official beginning with tax year 2022 accordingly. Other than the organization's top management official, no other officers receive compensation for services provided to the organization.
