Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of an agreement for management services including all staff resources; delivery of ITechLaw's programs, services, events, and website; provides for office space, equipment, and other resources needed to manage the day-to-day operations. Management fees totaled $540,000 for the year ended June 30, 2024. The Assocation's Managing Director was an employee of and was compensated by MCI.
