The Foundation brings together leading experts and organizations from the public and private sectors to exchange information and develop solutions. These experts are from government agencies, academia, patient groups, small medical device manufacturers, software and artificial intelligence developers, and professional and sub-specialty organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. The Foundation was formed to formalize the collaborative community and continue its efforts to advance knowledge about ophthalmic imaging and its usefulness as tool to diagnose and treat disease. Virtual Conference The CCOI 2024 Virtual Conference successfully gathered more than 1,150 participants from around the world from 49 countries and six continents- across academia, government institutions, patient groups, and the private sector to discuss the opportunities and challenges of utilizing AI and datasets for digitally enhanced management of eye diseases. 0 53352 Stakeholder Council A collaborative forum dedicated to expediting innovation in ophthalmic medical technology globally.
