Open Studios Tour is a free self-guided tour where 38 artists opened their studios to the public and share how, why, and where their art is created. Bringing arts education and cultural enrichment to Clark County neighborhoods, Open Studios is a unique opportunity to visit local artists in their workspaces, get inspired, and shop locally. In addition 3 young emerging artists supported by the Christine Rice Memorial fund were mentored by established artists, providing insights and experience in navigating a life in art.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

Poetry Moves is a program of Artstra in collaboration with C-Tran (Clark County Transit) , providing poetry on bus channel cards in all C-Tran buses. Installed on buses initially every six months and now each year are ten new poems by local and regional poets or student poets, including those involved in the Poets in the Schools program. All buses in the C-Tran fleet display two different poem cards. Poetry Moves shares poems from local and regional poets; published or non-professionals and students. It celebrates poetry and how it has been a crucial part of human culture. Poetry Moves hosts an annual "Celebration of Poetry" event where the poets can read their poems to an audience (averaging about 150 in attendance) in a theatrical setting, cementing a community experience of the spoken word.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

<DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>CREATIVE RELIEF CLARK COUNTY is a program of Artstra, providing arts supplies, project ideas, and instruction to communities with limited access to the tools of creativity. Creative Relief gives people the rewarding and healing experience of creating with their own hands. Whether drawing, painting or writing, this program offers a bit of relief for both adults and children from the stress and difficulty they may be experiencing. The program events, often in unison with other organizations and partners (private and civic), encourage a positive interaction with others while providing a creative outlet from daily challenges. Art supplies are often unavailable to those in need, Creative Relief offers opportunities might not otherwise be available. FY 23-24 saw three different events serving about 150 youths, with partners including K-Mart, The Vancouver Police Department and the Vancouver Boys and Girls Club.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>
