In addition our treasurer audits the profit and loss statement quarterly. Part VI, Line 12c Our board of directors annually must sign a conflict of interest form and must resubmit it annually even if their terms are consective. Part VI, Line 15 The Catamounts artistic directors compensation is compared to other similar positions at comparable organizations in the Boulder Denver metro area via a consultant. It is approved annually by the independent members of the board of directors. This approval is noted in the official board minutes. Part IX, Line 11g Other fees for services nonemployees: These are fees paid to contract directors designers performers playwrights and technicians to create and execute our theatrical programs. We submitted our Form 8868 for an extension as required before our January 15 submission due date but system issues delayed the timely electronic filing of Form 8868. We were not made aware of this until after the fact and therefore are filing it at our first opportunity upon being made aware of this.
