Examples of technical projects for 2024 include the Coconino Redwall Muav Aquifer Groundwater Modeling Project Phase 2 development of a Dashboard for its WAter REalated Ecosystems Services Assessment and updating Water Supply and Demand Maps for the region. In 2024 a trip was organized on the Verde Canyon Railroad through the Verde Canyon and along the Verde River with technical speakers explaining the significance of the geology and river history. There were 67 attendees on the field trip in 2024. 0 9681 4th Grade Water Ethics Contest: Annually conduct a water art and essay contest in 4th grade classes at elementary schools on the Coconino Plateau. Prizes are given to teachers that have winning students and parties are held in the classromms of winning students. The results posters and essays are distributed for posting in public buildings on the Coconino Plateau.
