Many of the participants in the program do not have stable housing or are in transitional living arrangements. Additionally many of the participants are in or have been through the criminal justice system. Many lack the discipline required to attain and maintain a job such as waking up early and being on time for work. A regular morning run is a requirement for the program as this builds the skills required to be ready for work in the morning. Participant job retention is important to our participants and to our program. This is in the form of Life Spiritual and Motivational training.
