Families with children in K-12th grade are eligible. We use an outside organization to assess financial need. Parents apply directly to the outside organization, complete a detailed application and submit tax documentation. The outside organization determines a family's reasonable tuition contribution and financial need. This assessment is then reviewed by the Head of School and Business Officer of TCS who make the final determination. All financial information is held in strict confidence and only reviewed by the Head of School and Business Officer. Families are required to apply annually for tuition assistance. The start of the school year is an administratively demanding period as we focus on successfully launching the academic year; therefore, we regularly request an extension. We initiated an extension request in November and either because of a technical or human error, the extension request was not successfully submitted.
