Both Organizations tax returns are subject to examination by the relevant tax authorities until expiration of the applicable statutes of limitations which are generally three years after the filing of the tax return (years 2023 to 2021). Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) topic 740, Income Taxes, prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken as expected to be taken in a tax return.
