<FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>Current Year Facts and Circumstances: UX For Good, Inc. has received 23.68% of its total support from the general public in Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025). While this is below the 33?% threshold, it meets the requirements of the 10% Facts and Circumstances Test under IRC 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).Explanation:UX For Good, Inc. shows a continuous and bona fide program for solicitation of funds from the public using the Givebutter, Inc. online donation platform. The breakdown of the Givebutter donations shows UX For Good, Inc. is actively engaging in fundraising from the public, and that UX for Good, Inc. has received donations not exceeding 2% consistently in fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025). UX For Good, Inc. began soliciting funds in force in calendar year 2024, developed the Yes We Cancer program, which required an influx of contributions to get off the ground. One business stepped-up and provided substantial cash donations needed to launch a sustained qualitative research study with nearly 100 pediatric cancer families recruited by word-of-mouth and social media and selected based upon a set of criteria including their experiences with pediatric cancer. The multi-faceted research study across FY 2024 enabled UX For Good, Inc. to develop critical insight into the needs of pediatric cancer families and helped shape an initial theory of change. Hundreds of volunteer hours by leading expert researchers, strategists, designers and technologists provided further refinement and helped to begin identifying potential solutions to serve families in need. The substantial cash donations also helped fund an effort to refine UX For Good, Inc.s organizational positioning, messaging and communications strategy. This will be used to further develop both programming and fundraising efforts in FY 2025 and beyond. In FY 2025, UX For Good, Inc. will further diversify its donor base to ensure the public support test is met at 33 1/3%. Diversity of Income Sources:UX For Good, Inc. receives donations from corporations, local clubs & associations, and individuals. Developed a first of its kind research panel of 55 families impacted by pediatric cancer. Created an in-depth survey to capture 35 participants accounts of their experiences with pediatric cancer. 3. Convened expert researchers, strategists, designers and technologists to help refine and extend our initial research and further explore the challenge including validating assumptions and identifying initial solutions. 4. Began modeling an initial solution based on our research - the First 30 Days. After further assumption validation, we pivoted our approach to gather additional research and insights in order to inform future content development. A podcast is planned to share our ongoing research and to provide invaluable information not only to the pediatric families and experts, but the cancer community and public at large.</FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>
