Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Upon request Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Part I, Line 10 and Part XI, Line 9 have been adjusted to agree with the ending net asset balance reported in Part X, Line 33. The adjustments reflect accrual-basis accounting and include: (i) correction of prior-year beginning balance sheet amounts; (ii) recognition of year-end accounts receivable; and (iii) changes in investment account balances during the year. These adjustments result in an increase of $84,241 to net assets and properly state the organization's financial position as of 12/31/2024. "The organization exercised ordinary business care and diligence in attempting to timely file the Form 990. However, during the final review of the return, it was discovered that prior-year balance-sheet information required correction and reconciliation. Additional time was necessary to verify and adjust the financial records to ensure the return was complete and accurate. The organization acted in good faith, worked diligently to correct the financial information, and filed the return promptly upon resolution. The late filing was not due to willful neglect."
