The purpose of this grant was to provide funds for the Eddy House to modify their building to provide individual secure rooms for their female clients. The Eddy House provides shelter to youths who have aged out of the foster care system or who are otherwise homeless. They also provide counseling and other services to these individuals to help them get on their feet and become productive members of society.
