And I have no civil remedy against the above Ongoing Assault because my family and others who assisted them obtained a Court Order falsely determining me a vexatious litigant in 2006, and though I have petitioned the Harris County Administrative Judge for permission to file a civil lawsuit to defend myself and our nonprofit organization from ongoing financial and credit Assault, and even requested court ordered Receivership for protection of our nonprofit, from February 09, 2024 to Now, I have been refused.
