Based on the Organization's evaluation of the June 30, 2022 through 2024 income tax returns and positions expected to be taken in the June 30, 2025 income tax returns, the Organization did not engage in activities or take uncertain tax positions that would jeopardize its tax-exempt status, or generate unrelated business income, which would be subject to taxation.
