The Foundation provided 220,000 meals to over 475 poverty-stricken families including 1,150 children through 8 feeding center partnerships. Additionally, they delivered over 6,000 food bags to more than 28 communities across the Northern Pacific region of Costa Rica with 8 distribution partners. The pre-natal program served over 165 mothers in four (4) pregnancy centers. The Foundation established a community farm in La Fortuna, Bagaces partnering with the local high school to assist over 250 students with agricultural technical training opportunities, invested in a meat processing center for the high school and provided pigs for practical meat processing training.
