Our Board has oversight of grant funds and approves funding. Grantee keeps detailed records of receipts and expenditures by date and event. Form 990, Part III, Line 2 Each year our programming changes and is new and responsive to community interests. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The society offers memberships at different levels. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Each member, regardless of donation level has one vote for each of the Board of Directors.
