We hired Lightcap, CPA LLC to prepare our 2022 990 form and he did file the extension but never followed through to file 2022, 2023, and now 2024. No one in our Association ever followed through, either not having the knowledge that these form had to be filed with the IRS. We have now hired Dora Alvidrez-Urias to help us with our bookkeeping and bring filings up to date.
