This delay was caused by major medical issues with the person providing the records to do the return delayed due to having major surgery and spending almost 4 months hospitalized or in a nursing home. Additionally, Alumni & Friends of Mifflinburg Area School District Foundation was designated to receive donations for a new project, Wildcat Project Fund, to fund a new stadium for Mifflinburg Area School District. There was a delay in determining the responsibility for reporting for this project.
