There are necessary office expenses, administrative costs, and other fees to maintain the formation of our organization. The $252.00 spent to maintain our PMB and $3.48 Paypal fee are attributed to this effort. 30 30 We strive to ensure that Scientific Research that benefits those with a POLR2A gene mutation is visible within academia by forming alliances with these institutions. Discussions surround means of supporting a natural history study began in 2024 with some members of our organization also helping to take part in beta testing of the survey delivery for the genetic registry that would be setup as a part of this survey. The $30 web hosting expenses are attributed to this program service. 38 5010 We are ambitious about being able to reach out to those affected by mutations of POLR2A gene, help them find the information they need, and to advocate for resources on their behalf. In 2024 our organization became a NORD platinum member, the National Organization for Rare Disorders, and started working on a potential first publication of the POLR2A mutation. This publication morphed into what would become a disease description for the NORD organization. NORD Membership fees of $37.50 contribute to this accomplishment. Also in 2024 one of our officers, Johanna ODonnell was nominated by our board to attend the NORD summit in Washington DC. She was able to gain exposure for our organization as well as make contacts for potential benefits we might be able to offer in the future. For example, she was able to have discussions with and gain information on a free flight service for special needs patients. Daniel O'Donnell is the husband of Johanna O'Donnell on the Executive Board. Daniel O'Donnell is also the brother of James O'Donnell serving on the Medical Advisory Board. No business relationships exist between any members of the organization. The conflict of interest policy was made available to NORD for review via email. No other requests were received and so the organization did not have any other release of governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and/or financial statements. We have included the following statement on our website based on our financial outlook from the end of 2023. In our formational year of 2023 the majority of our actions centered on forming a strong base for our organization, including the formation of our Executive & Medical Advisory Boards. While our initial cost per dollar raised was 27%, based on our projected budget we believe our three year average through 2026 will be 7% or less due to moving past several one-time startup costs and As Healthy As Possible being a completely volunteer based organization. We will continue to update our financial information publicly as our organization develops. This statement continues to be correct and as such additional updates may be more likely through the middle to the end of 2026.
