In most instances the organization receiving the grant will supply a thank you letter explaining what they used the grant for. In other cases Eastside Community Aid will already know the specific use because of multiple grants that have been awarded over a number of years and they are monitored that way. If there are any grants that need to be monitored more closely then the organization receiving the grant would have to supply additional information and if the use does not meet the Eastside Community Aid requirements for grants then the requesting organization would not be considered for further awards.
