These groups travel to the ministries outside the USA, to observe the implementation of the grants. They then report back to Unreached Villages. Such teams are fielded several times a year. Sadly, from 2020-2023, these trips were hindered because of the COVID travel restrictions. In 2024, several teams were able to visit our partners in India and see the implementation of their grants. Additionally, the organizations receiving funds in India do send documentation of the implementation of grant money to us and to sponsors directly in order to show how funds are being used to accomplish intended projects. Groups and inidividuals receiving a grant fill out a grant request detailing use of the funds sent, as well as a year-end statement accounting for where those funds were spent. There is a contract between Unreached Villages and Avery Services LLC for the same. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c By preserving the UV board as the informed and oontrolling non-family entity, and by keeping all employment, volunteering and consulting by any interested parties clearly in the open, and reconciled to a non-nepotism policy. We also require that any officer, director, employee, or volunteer who recognizes that he/she may have a conflict of interest to disclose it at our regular board meetings. Any transaction or activity appearing to have potential for self-interested conflict is assumed to be so until it is shown through examination to be clear of conflict of interest.
