Thrive Armenia Foundation respectfully requests relief from any penalties related to the late filing of our Form 990-EZ for the 2024 tax year The delay was due to unexpected health-related issues involving our primary administrator I have a history of breast cancer and earlier this year I was required to undergo multiple diagnostic procedures including a biopsy MRI and sonogram to rule out a possible recurrence These medical demands understandably disrupted the normal course of administrative work and delayed our ability to prepare and submit the return by the May 15 2025 deadline We take our compliance obligations seriously and have already taken steps to ensure timely filing in the future We respectfully request that any late filing penalties be waived under the reasonable cause provisions Sincerely Anna Bruno Founder of Thrive Armenia Foundation
