Leadership training: ILM provided leadership training for church/Christian leaders in the developing nations so that they can lead their members more effectively. In 2024, ILM provided such training/service in India and Nigeria. Over 700 leaders attended various leadership seminars and conferences last year. Leadership training cost $13257.14. c. Relief program: ILM provided helped to victims of communal conflicts in Manipur, India which started in May 2023. Over 300 churches and 7000 houses were burnt which rendered 65000 people homeless. ILM provided medical needs, clothing, food and other needsl for the displaced people. The President of ILM visited Manipur in October 2024 to visit the relief camps and also to oversee the distributions of relief materials.
