The Organization's federal income tax returns for the prior three years remain subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The Organization's California income tax returns for the prior four years remain subject to examination by the Franchise Tax Board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A copy of the tax return is made available to management and the board of directors, who have the opportunity to review, question & approve the return prior to submission to the IRS.
