MCR Health also held a 1/3 membership interest in 101 Riverfront Manager, LLC., a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Riverfront Manager"), the manager of 101. John McKay also indirectly held a 1/3 membership interest in Riverfront Manager. This is not considered by MCR Health Foundation, Inc. to be a "business relationship" between Mr. McKay and Mr. Carnegie.
