At this time, while the fund is growing, the interest earnings will remain with the fund until more substantial earnings are received. Form 990, Part III, Line 2 Program services of building renovation listed last year have been completed. New renovation programs have been undertaken in 2024. These new programs are installation of a full service community kitchen and installation of new technology in the auditorium that includes stage and room lighting, audio equipment and full set of stage curtains and auditorium curtains. Rooms were also renovated as dressing rooms on both sides of the stage. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Each Board member of the Nebraska City Veterans Memorial Building Project has received a copy of the Form 990 for 2024 and all supplemental schedules via electronic mailing prior to filing. A discussion of the filing was held at the April 12, 2025 Board meeting and all questions were received and answered. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Each Board member completes a Conflict of Interest disclosure at the beginning of each calendar year and responses are reviewed and addressed with the Board Member if needed. Issues would be discussed by the Board and actions taken if violation of the policy is determined. Board members and volunteers who hear of violations or have concerns are to report those issues to the Board or a Board member.
