Meeting minutes are circulated to Association members and available upon request. The tax form was completed on time but not accepted due to a descripency in end of year date. The Association's 2022 tax filing was accepted with a December 31 end of year date. However, when attempting to file in 2023, the file was rejected because for some reason the tax year had changed. I called the IRS after the form was rejected and talked with Agent 1000270546 and was talk the problem would be corrected. Subsequent attempts to get the problem corrected failed. I therefore call the Tax Advocate on 1/30/26 and talked with Mr. Kahler, agent 1001744428, Trenton NJ. Case File 8204753. I was told I would receive a call back on March 18, which I did, reporting that the problem had not been solved and I would called again in April. Since the 2024 filing deadline is approaching, I have decided to try to file again with Simple 990, where I filed my 2022 return, to see if I can get the 2023 return accepted.
