Additionally, the plan was to dissolve the mission at the end of 2025 since we have struggled financially since the pandemic. The board entrusts the financial reporting to Elinor since this is a very small nonprofit and there has not been any salaries paid since 2020 nor has there been any significant revenue. The board is aware that the financial records are readily available for their review upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Conflict of Interest Policy: Every year the voting board members are to review, update and amend the policy if necessary. A disclosure statement must be fully completed and given to the executive director in the event of any potential conflicts. The executive director works unlimited hours and oversees the entire day to day operations of the nonprofit. There have been NO salaries paid since 2020.
