We have 2 swim meets where kids from our community pool compete against the other nearby community pool swim teams. There are 3-4 parent volunteer board members of the organization for any given year and board members change frequently. We dont attend conferences write papers give out grants make investments or anything similar. Our charitable activities are organizing swim practices for local kids and holding 2 swim meets at our community pool.
