<ExplanationTxt>| Explanation:| Hearts For Love Worldwide is a non profit . We are proud that we use 100% of our donations for our students. None of the sponsors donations gifts are used for overhead costs. So often there are times when is else needed for the child or an emergency in the family arises. We know that often the sponsor is unable to assist in this matter yet we feel that we need to step in to help. The two Hearts For Love Worldwide staff women used their own funding to remedy the situation as best they can. Occasionally though our wonderfully loyal supporters generously give a little extra as a emergency cushion for whatever we need. This was the 1500.</ExplanationTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>Ending 2022 after my resignation another volunteer assumed recording expenses. Finding out in late calendar 23 that the expense records were fragmented I comprehensively recompiled the account. Consulting the IRS legal team at that time I mistakenly should have filed an extension as I was overwhelmed. Along the way I have consulted with IRS over 18 times being sent from one department to another, including the Tax Advocacy Service which I had requested via both email and phone. That resulted in a rejection letter which stated my name Not the Organizations and citing the FORM 1040.....Not the FORM 990 EZ for which I had requested assistance in filing this REASONABLE CAUSE LETTER. The original filing of the 2023 return was rejected as it was sent by mail... as recommended to me due to lateness by a tax profession service whom I had paid to make sure that numbers were in the right spot and Is were dotted; Ts were crossed. By the time the 23 filing was returned to me {ref:0422633225-3 11} via FED EX the $20 per day fees had started to accrue. Again I reached out to professional tax pre-parers who wanted $500 and 2 months to complete; IRS agents who told me to download ID.ME. One Agent from IRS didnt know what a 501c3 was ! I was in tears. An IRS tax payer service agent did fill out the 911 form for me ...in my stress... resulting in the denial of the TAS letter previously referred to. We are a 100% volunteer staff organization. 100% of our Donations and gifts are for our students educational needs. The two staff members who spend their time in Kenya use personal meager social security funds to supplement needs when sponsors cannot assist their students. They deny themselves to assist these children including funding a home and providing beds water health services and recreation in a poverty stricken area but moreover a safe haven when these children are away from home and school. Yet I am told that I cannot use funds these ladies contribute as it is not considered as income to the organization. I first honestly tried to file this in a timely fashion in adherence with the law but in 2025 my health declined significantly and I was unable to carry thru completion. The organization has since backed up its bookkeeping system and I am personally paying this professional Tax990 as its support system to stay on track. Our organization does not have the funds nor can it use any of the allocated 100% charitably donated funds for tax services. I respectfully ask for your Grace compassion and lenience in assessing our penalty fees</ExplanationTxt>
